Be part of our union with the former Current River United Church.

Easter Greetings! How wonderful to be celebrating our brand-new amalgamated faith family, Harmony United Church, in this season of Easter, a season filled with Jesus' promise of new life and hope! I am very happy to be serving as Harmony's first minister in my part-time appointment to the end of June. It is great to serve alongside so many capable and caring members of our new church. The coming together of two very special church communities is already showing how much stronger we are as one church family. There is a friendly buzz before and after worship services, coffee time is full to overflowing, the music is absolutely amazing, women's group plans are afoot, and the Spirit is catchy, with many more possibilities on the horizon. Please know that you are a valued member of this part of God's family. It will take time for us all to get to know one another, but with God's help we will move into the future with confidence and joy. May the Spirit of the risen Christ be with you, and with our church.

“Showing through action the love of Jesus Christ”

Mission Statement:

“Harmony United Church is a caring Christian community dedicated to serving God by serving others through spirit-filled worship, compassionate outreach, and challenging one another to live, love and be our best as faithful followers of Jesus.”

We invite YOU to join us in Mission, music, worship and fun!

If you are thinking of upgrading your level of church participation, we hope you will give Harmony United Church serious consideration. Due to the options of today’s ever evolving society, active participation and support of a Christian congregation is often overlooked, but we feel it is well worth the effort for all involved.

Harmony offers community, compassion, spiritual renewal, and hope. We are involved in quality worship, Christian Education, and outreach in the community, world mission, sponsorship of scouting groups, fellowship groups, social events, combined events with other churches, and much more.

Thank you for taking time to read our brochure. We hope that you will come visit us.

There will be someone there to greet you at the door, and we guarantee that you will enjoy the service.

Please come and join us for coffee and fellowship after Worship!
